Depends what you consider HQ or not, I was referring to the existence of losseless or CD-quality existing, that hasn't happened til now Apple Music streams at 256Kbps as standard. Spotify streams at 320Kbps to Premium subscribers only, though it defaults to 160Kbps. Tidal are the only provider here to provide “lossless” 1411Kbps. Soundcloud is like 128 or some shit. CDs are lossless.
I really wanna know what the track Kaytranada played the other night is for. Considering he and Chance both just dropped projects, I'm not sure when we'll hear it proper.
I really like the song just think he's part doesn't add anything and almost feels out of place at times.
Yeah, I've grown to almost hate it because I like the song so much aside from his part. It almost makes me laugh how he just comes in going "YOURE MY FRIEND".
I definitely consider 320 Kbps to be HQ, lossless/FLAC is another magnitude higher. It's like 1080p to 4K
Fairly apt comparison. Also works in that 480-1080 is a hell of a lot more noticeable than 1080-4K. 128-320 is huge, where 320-FLAC isn't quite as night and day.
