I love this album. Takes me back

 

it's not my favorite by them still but it's much better than i initially gave it credit

 

I mostly love it for Penny Racer.

 

It's because that album IS pretty good.

I loved it when it first came out. I should have loved UYHS more, but I didn't. Antenna was just TOO good.

Sure, it was a little radio rock-y at times. But it was using those boundaries to do the things they do best...which is be awesome!

It's not my favorite Cave In release, I don't think - but it's got some of my favorite stuff.

Man, I still remember getting my brain absolutely shredded by the Cave In songs on the two Plea For Peace compilations - "Devil's Head Piñata" and "Jupiter."

Well...off to the iPod to listen to Cave In. Thanks to whomever made a Cave In thread!

Holy fuck. I literally just got into this band a month ago too... he was the secondary vocalist, right? Did he mostly do screams?

 

Jesus. RIP Caleb. I feel terrible for his family and bandmates.

RIP Caleb. You had one of the best voices and always had one of the gnarliest bass tones in metal and hardcore. :(

 

DAMN. That was brutal. RIP.

 

This shit devastated me. Fucking sucks.

 

Probably my favorite song by Cave In. Caleb's vox and bass tone on this track are so fucking on point...god, this one hurts a lot.

 

This is so sad. RIP.
