Yeah, when we take my cats on road trips, we usually leave the crate or carrier out for a day or two just so they don't automatically associate it with anxiety-inducing experiences.
I know my cat loves me because she threw up by all the charging cords sometime overnight, but she avoided getting it on any of the cords. I'm surprised I didnt wake up with the sound, usually it's more effective than an alarm
Took my two cats on a road trip back to Philly from visiting the fam in NY. One of them (Peanut Butter) sat quietly on my fiancée’s lap the entire time in his little bag. Keebler, on the other hand, literally was caterwauling in the backseat every three seconds. Not exaggerating. Every. Three. Seconds.
Anyone know where I can order a good quality version of that fish cat toy that flaps around like a real fish?
Mine never has either haha. She's thrown up 2 or 3 times over the course of a few years, but I think we discovered that it seems to only happen if we feed her seafood so we only go for poultry and beef cat food now
In totally renovation at my condo and my orange tabby sleeps in the weirdest places. Here he is sleeping on a giant pile of wooden floor boxes
I love when my cat is in the process of bringing me a toy mouse. I don't actually see her, it's just the sounds though. It's a bunch of her and I meowing back and forth at each other from a far. Then I know she's right outside the room because she doesn't answer right away but when she does it's a different weird sound.
My cat will cover up his vomit. I try not to leave stuff on the floor for him to do that. I knew I had smelled something but didn’t find it until I was tidying. I forgot to feed him slowly (he’s picked up a habit of eating quickly) and thought he was fine. Nope. No wonder why he was trying to get into food and begging me.
My mom has been trying for months (years?) to get me to grant her permission to get a cat and last night I drunkenly agreed!
Omg she usually just lays on my lap and now I'm dying from this cuteness. She just buried her face under my armpit, so I guess I'm never getting up to pee now. I swear, she's gotten 1000% clingier since we came home from a 4 day mini vacation a week ago haha.
Got a dog crate so we can bring our cats out on the deck without fear of them jumping off the deck onto the ground (which has happened once lol). These two have never been happier. Not pictured: one of our other cats who didn’t seem too fond of the crate and our other one that lives upstairs by herself.
