I can’t say I don’t understand this 100% but it still breaks my heart so much.

 

Ain't it an awful shame, don't it just break your heart? Oh wait, do I have to save that for the Ten Stories round?

But for real it is hard voting out these songs. Idk what I'll do next round if Messes of Men faces off with O, Porcupine!

 

The Dryness and the Rain is great and everything (love the guitar especially) but come on Nice and Blue (part two) has everything in it that makes mwY great. Much more dynamic song imo.

 

Holy shit, didn't even see that until your post. I didn't think they'd even be close, these brackets always surprise me.

 

"God became the glass and all things left are emptiness..." section is so powerful and moving. Great outro to an amazing song. And who among us doesn't love/appriciate the "forget all about me" vs "remember me" contrast of N&B songs. Perfect.

 

I find Dryness to be a bit more dynamic actually. But everything on this album is so stinkin dynamic it’s kind of a moot point.
