    It seems like she’s the Jack (Jill) of all trades but master of none. It just falls so flat. Shame because I love her voice and some Hey Monday songs but nothing afterwards clicked for me. Even when she leaned into that country sound (which I think she suited) it didn’t compare to the likes of Megan Moroney, Alana Springsteen, Ella Langley etc. May be a case of working with bad songwriters? Wish her luck and hopefully she finds her place.

    I will say the Hey Monday Christmas songs she did are always in rotation throughout the holidays.

    I completely agree. I think it's bad songwriting, personally. Check out this song she did with Natalia Taylor. It's an absolute banger.

    EDIT: Ok, apparently this is just Natalia Taylor's song that she threw Cassadee Pope on for promotional purposes. She has a solo version too.
