    Yeah it a great album. Maybe his best one yet, which is high praise considering all the solid material he has put out over the years.

    kinda surprised this is blowing up like it is. been a fan of his for a while but i don't feel like this record is necessarily better or more immediate than some of his previous releases

    i think this maybe blends together a little bit too much. like it just kind of feels extraordinarily long even though it isnt

    yeah, he's always had a bit of a sleepy quality to his writing. it doesn't detract from the record for me, but i definitely have to be in a specific mood to throw it on. the melodies here are pretty expertly crafted though.

    Agree, by far my favorite of his since catacombs. also enjoy the skilffle players album he out out earlier this year.
