Nothing short of incredible. Also came to the realization that Waking Season is, in fact, my favorite Caspian album. I won't say if that performance had any sway or not.
Real bummed that I’m not gonna be seeing them next month with Pianos Become The Teeth. Hoping both bands can reschedule the show. Caspian is simply unreal live. You just can’t pass up the opportunity to see them.
Division Blues is officially in my top 5 Caspian songs. I think it goes: 1. Gone in Bloom and Bough 2. Castles High, Marble Bright 3. Hymn for the Greatest Generation 4. Division Blues 5. Hickory ‘54
1. Sycamore 2. Flowers of Light 3. Gone in Bloom and Bough 4. Castles High, Marble Bright 5. Halls of the Summer
Gone In Bloom And Bough Division Blues Rioseco Halls Of The Summer Sycamore The highest of honorable mentions ASA Castles High, Marble Bright Ishmael
In no particular order: Arcs of Command Wildblood Hymn for the Greatest Generation Malacoda Fire Made Flesh
Sycamore Gone in Bloom & Bough Hymn for the Greatest Generation Darkfield Collapser (I can't put them in order, that's just chronological)
I always forget how much I love Ghosts of the Garden City. I doubt they’d ever do it but I wish they would remaster/remix Tertia, it’s the only thing that keeps me from listening to it as often as their last three.
Triple Crown has some vinyl copies of the Castles High, Marble Bright/127 North single and Hymn for the Greatest Generation so of course I had to get them. Now I’m just missing Tertia, The Four Trees, and You Are the Conductor and I think they mentioned represses when they regained control of their back catalog.
I revisited The Four Trees recently and it's a lot better than I remember it being. ASA has been one of my favorite Caspian songs for the past five years now, but Moksha, Some Are White Light, and Crawlspace are great as well.
Once Dark Operative gets those pressed I’ll finally get The Four Trees after being scammed by Mylene Sheath
