I listened to Jettison this morning and was digggggging in, though I get the impression it isn't a typical album of theirs? The new singles are tight too.

 

It's a more cinematic side to them for sure. Also highly recommend their legendary 2009 S/T debut which has RIFFS.

 

Every few months another artist named Caspian releases new music on Spotify only for me to get really excited for a minute before I realize it's a different Caspian. The imposter always gets taken down after awhile, but it's still super annoying. This has been happening for a couple years now.

On another note, it's now been over 5 years since a proper album from these guys. Weird to think the last time we got a new Caspian record was in a pre-covid world.
