Missed the news about Chroma being re-recorded (again). Not something I necessarily need, but it gives me hope that they’ll return to the bubble for a self-titled re-take.

 

I can’t recall if it was fully announced or not. But they said it on the Holiday From Real cruise and probably at their Christmas show.

 

Been waiting for this to be confirmed - nice to see it being done!

 

Nice to see this finally announced.

 

Is Self-Titled the one they're re-recording? Kind if a strange choice to me. If anything I'd say Cycles could stand to be revisited production-wise. Not sure what more I'd want from revisiting the others.

Life happens and all that, but damn what a time to leave the band. Very hard to imagine a Chroma anniversary run not being their most well received and fun shows in some time

Two things

1) crazy that in 2015 they were playing a 500 cap room and now in 2025 they are back to where they were when this album was released
2) seems like a big part of this is getting fans used to Will’s current vocal range. I feel like he mentioned how hard it was for him to sing those notes in 2015

 

So fucking happy for them and excited for this.
