Damn. Out of all of the phenomenal posts here, this one hits me the hardest.

 

I feel sorry for her mother. Must be soul-destroying to bury your own child.

Can't forget her dog Gary too. She took him everywhere and he must be so confused without her presence.

60 was too young for a heart attack - regardless of her drug abuse past. RIP.

 

....I have no words....this death is the hardest for me in 2016.

May the force be with you.

Not only was she a part of the biggest franchise of my childhood, she was also a fantastic advocate for mental illness and addiction awareness.

She was also fucking hilarious.

 

This really sucks. But she finished the next star wars.can't wait to see her last performance

 

This interview is so great. The world is going to be a far less entertaining place without her around.

Yeah that's fucking insane. Feel so bad for Billie Lourd and Todd Fisher.

 

Saw this earlier, so so sad. I could only imagine that being so difficult for a parent, and she hadn't been in the best health earlier. I saw her last words were missing and wanting to be with Carrie, eerie. Whole situation is tragic.

Also...

 

Yeah, this is a tragic time for the family =/

I hope they're able to stay strong through this horrible period.

 

I was completely oblivious to the fact that Debbie Reynolds was Carrie Fisher's mother.
