I like a few of these more than LA Hallucinations, and All That. All That has just never clicked with me...

 

Not liking "Warm Blood" might be a literal crime.

I like Store too, queen of making choruses work even when they're Meghan Trainory

 

If the chorus to "Store" is the biggest misstep of her last two years, she's on top of the goddamned world.

 

Anyone else love Let's Get Lost as much as I do? Never seem to see it thrown out as a favorite but it might even by my single favorite on the album. That hook is

 

Yup, "Let's Get Lost" is probably my favourite Carly Rae Jepsen song

 

that was the last song to be my favorite but now it remains as one of my top 3 on that album i think

 

It's insane how absolutely fire this release is

 

Dev Hynes co-wrote Body Language

 

It should get old, but it just doesn't.

 

Certainly in my top 5 for the album.

The only song that hasn't really clicked for me yet is Making The Most Of The Night. It's good, but I wish that I Didn't Just Come Here To Dance or I Never Get To Hold You made it on instead, or even First Time or Cry. She wrote a ton of great songs from this record haha.

 

Making the Most is probably my favorite of all these

 

I wish Roses was 9 minutes long.

 

I think if I needed to I could replace 7 songs on EMOTION with the everything on B sides (sans Store)

if anyone has a problem with Store, they can fight me personally.

 

My girlfriend and I butt heads about very few things, our polar opposite opinions on Store is one of them haha
