Upon further thinking, I’m quite bummed this is at the Chicago Theater. I’d much rather this be at a venue like The Riviera that isn’t all seated and people can move around and dance. I feel like there will be less energy at the show because it’s all seated.

This album announcement is what I needed today, my gosh. Can't wait.

Sucks that she's not coming to Pittsburgh, though. And, I don't think I'll be back in town in time for Cleveland. The Mr Smalls Theater show of the Emotion tour was SO good.

According to the preorder, "Party for One" isn't on the album? Huh.

My biggest question is, will this or Notes on a Conditional Form be my AOTY?

Oh, and that Bryan Lee O'Malley illustration above is dope.

Idk I really like the Chicago’s Theater. And I feel like there is actually more room to dance because you’re not packed in so tight, but like blancony is probably not as fun and stuff.

 

I think Party For One is as good as one of the other two songs released, and better than the other one, so it is a bit of a shame if it has been cast adrift in my book.

I'd argue that none of the songs released so far are as good as the best cuts on Emotion.

thought i was gonna get access to the hammerstein floor with the pre-order. that was not the case

 

guess i'll take my chances friday

 

Maybe it sold out cause I was able to get floor tickets for Hammerstein.

never mind the floor opened up! but i still can't get tickets! i hate ticketmaster!
