Just a quick run over the top with my fork. When I make ravioli at home, I usually put the sauce in a separate dish for dipping. Same with burritos and tacos. I prefer an unbalanced ratio of filling to tortilla.
You need to gradually reintroduce them after being on the diet for so long. You can't just binge haha
I can go low/no carb for awhile, but the thought of removing them from my life forever is unfathomable.
Have you ever done a juice fast? I’ll do that from time to time and it’s awful at first but by the end I feel pretty fantastic.
