prerelease stuff on apple music is the best. like with the forth wanderers single, i saw there were new tour dates so i searched them because i was hoping an album announcement came with it and boom. right there, haha
not particularly, it's not like, he's into like tim hecker or something. lots of musicians like things you'd be surprised about, bet there are people in like bad warped tour bands that like some good shit even lol

I’m curious what people who are really familiar with the original album think of the re-recorded one. My friend listened to the new singles, said they were terrible, and that Will had “neutered” the songs. I’ve listened to the original and love it: the lo-fi sound reflects a messiness that’s fitting for the lyrical content of the album. But I find the new stuff just as good in different ways. “Famous Prophets” totally soars to me, for example, or “Bodys” hits way, way harder.
