I mostly just kinda laughed at the whole thing

they're both pretty ridiculous indie rock yt dudes so it was just kinda funny to see this "beef" happen

 

oh, I bet it's really funny - just seems weird to get antagonistic towards a successful band in pretty much the same scene, especially when everything I've heard of Will makes him sound like a pretty nice guy. It's also not like he's one of these guys that bought a guitar and got signed the next day, dude's been grinding out self-released records for time! Maybe pick someone with a less impressive work ethic to nitpick haha

I didn't even really love Teens of Denial (at least not as much as Teens of Style) but wowwww that article. If you need to put all that time and effort into creating a goddamn dissertation about why you dont like another band then you must be extremely insecure about your own musical output. Or you just have wayyyyy too much time on your hands

 

I'm pretty sure it's "Mercury in retrograde" not "Mercury & Retrograde."
