so if you buy the vinyl, you get a download card of the digital version of the record that includes the track listing of that YT vid?
is it weird to like the second half of a song more than the first half? probably my least favorite of the 3 to be released but still can't wait for full album
0/3 for me so far. Very disappointing considering the expectations I had for this. Edit: The acoustic version made me like this song even less. Didn't even make it halfway through before turning the song off.
Agree with above posts, not a great song. Much prefer the first two songs. I know people were mixed on Can’t Cool Me Down but I really like it, and Justin just feels like what a Car Seat Headrest song should sound like.
Kinda reminds me of a MM song. I’m not crazy about it but I can dig it. I’m still super excited for this, I really love the other two, especially Martin
after the first listen, i hated it. after a couple more I like it. don't love it. Edit: Nevermind, I don't like this at all.
Listened a couple of times and have not warmed up to it yet. A little worried about this album as I am not feeling any of the songs so far. Might come to view it as a transitional album that allows Will and company to explore unchartered and interesting territory down the road.
This reminds me a lot of Cage the Elphant, especially their older albums. I like it but I get why some of you don't
lmao this is hilarious and obnoxious and great. the acoustic version sounds like one of those R.E.M. songs where they try adding rapping which is also funny but less so. better than the first one, didn't laugh once there
This reminds me of Highly Suspicious by the band My Morning Jacket. Not in sound, but in polarization. It's easily the most random left turn in their catalog and until anyone saw it live, most fans HATED it with a passion. After seeing it though, many were converted, including me, and now whenever the album version comes on I dig it.
Not a fan of Hollywood but the radio version released as a standalone single is better than the album version for my money.
