glad people can hear this, great way to start your tuesday everyone.

hopefully my review will be posted soon over on Sputnik but theres currently some.....issues going on as far as the site owner is concerned.

 

Listening now and really glad I didn't over play the first track

 

The two vocalists are way more distinct on this album.

 

God damn cannonless is a hell of a song

 

This is turning into a teebs first listen thread but damn.. I love how the vocals sound on hunting trip.

But yeah Leo is fucking killing it on this album. Only song I've been lukewarm on so far has been Books, every other song is a flat out banger. Hunting Trip is just so lovely

"Cannonless"

 

This could be my surprise of the year, really enjoyed this front to back

 

can't really get into this band unfortunately, didn't really enjoy much on first glance

 

I don't have the tracklisting but the lyric at like 27:30 of "heal your wounds, I'll heal mine too" could be a Barnett call-back to the Menz' "Rivalries"

 

Man this is fucking good, gonna go listen to it a kazillion times cya guys

 

Really good first listen, need a few more to digest it. Middle songs I felt were the strongest

 

"the future is cancelled pt 2" is easily the best i've heard so far

 

Still don't really like "Trying Year".

 

I like everything except for "don't show bill".

 

But it's so damn catchy! And that guitar solo . . .

 

Some definite Brand New vibes on that track.

 

Don't like this much at all unfortunately.

 

That's "Crow (Little Wounds)" which was the title track from Bobby's solo release from 2014, "Little Wounds".

 

Most of the way through my first listen and I'm definitely into it - can't wait to spend more time with this.

 

it's not what I was expecting after hearing "trying year" but I still like it. not hitting me as immediately like I thought it would though.

 

"don't show bill" is a little weird for me. But I'm into the other couple of song's I've listened to so far.

 

but I do love canonless. want lyrics :)

 

Production is a little raw on this, but it almost adds to the music and works well with their sound
