I don't even know what Greg's beef is with me beyond that time I got a little snippy with him.

Which fine, but apparently he'd blocked me before and I have no earthly idea when that was or what for.

 

I even searched Greg's posts with the word "block" and cannot find anything where he previously blocked me, so either he blocked me once and never said anything or he has me confused with someone else?

Looking at the times he's blocked other people, I'm even more baffled that what I said in the Finch thread set him off right away. I wasn't even trying to be mean.

 

I came into this with the mindset of "I'll just view this as another fun dumb Disney+ MCU direct to streaming thing instead of a movie that was in theatres" and even then I still thought this was pretty shitty.

 

How many times did they have to remind us that the new Falcon was from Miami?

 

I would have liked this more if he was pissed off about not getting the loan

Like every single scene he was in he was either like "you know back in Miami.." or he was wearing some kind of Miami sports merch lol

 

Sounds like what someone from Miami would do.

 

There was a part in this where a brainwashed solider did a murder-suicide in the prison and they edited out the sound of gunfire. I yelled "oh fuck off" at my tv. If you're not going to even have the sound of the gun because it's a triggering sensitive topic then don't even do this scene.

 

I don't remember this either. I mean, the scene I remember, but not the "no gunfire", but then again, we might have wildly divergent priorities.

Who knew the director of The Cloverfield Paradox could make a bad movie

 

Hahaha wait really? The hell was Disney thinking? Quite literally the worst movie I've ever seen

 

He did Luce after and that was apparently critically acclaimed so Disney was probably looking at that more than Cloverfield.

 

There was some fun fight choreography but otherwise absolutely abysmal. Marvel either needs to let Sam as Cap be political or just completely ignore it as opposed to whatever this tightrope is that they think they’re successfully walking
