Wasn’t the one guy from Dangerous Summer like that too?

 

Cody? That guy was on a completely different level lol straight up threatening people like Jason and one of my friends who hasn’t posted in years and I’m sure many others, I don’t want to speak out of line but I’m pretty sure he had some undiagnosed mental illness going on during all that but it was tough to watch on a different level. Keegan is just super cringe and really self centered but seems harmless

 

Thinking about Cody from The Dangerous Summer definitely brings back old AP.net memories

 

I played a show with these guys once and the twitter guy spent all the time before their set pacing around the green room practicing scales and talking loudly on his airpods and then they went up there and sucked

This band became a lot easier to enjoy once I deleted Twitter. :)

 

I haven't listened to them ever since everything Keegan was saying about Maya came out, and then with his recent posts re: Brand New, I just...don't have any burning desire to listen to them anytime soon.

anyway yeah the shitty Mo Troper stuff has definitely caused me to fall off of this band pretty hard. Still interested in the next record just to see if they hit the highs of “Weird Carolina” ever again

this is honestly one of my favorite posts on this site

 

He was accused of abuse and Keegan from CT was dming people calling the victim a liar (or something similar, all wiped from twitter I believe). Then went radio silence after being called out. Came back and said they wouldn’t be recording with Mo. Then Mo sued the hell out of the (alleged) victim and CT/Keegan went back to supporting them

someone can punch that up if I’m forgetting details

 

Pretty much that except he only went radio silence for a few days before going back to posting like usual as if nothing had happened and as far as I know never publicly taking accountability for what he said.
