Presale happening right now for the Brooklyn show. password is: ThePassword Ticket for AdHoc & BrooklynVegan Present: Camp Cope
Thanks so much!! Edit:Twice as thankful to have these tickets now that I’m gonna be trying to get BOCC tickets on Friday
Just got a ticket for Boston! I missed the last tour so I'm pretty jazzed to finally be seeing them given that How to Socialise & Make Friends was probably my most listened to album last year.
I’m a fool and didn’t tix to the first shows for either CC or PUP but wow they both announced back to back second shows lol
Anyone been yet? Are they really only playing 9 songs? Is this just because Kelly has been sick? Setlist looks pretty much the same as last time they came through except two songs switched out. Obviously still excited tonight because they're the best band, but I'm just tryna see West Side Story once in my life.
I went on Saturday. It may just be because Kelly is sick but they did only play 9 songs which is disappointing for a headlining tour. 9 songs is usually a direct support set. Anyways, if they end up playing a longer set then we know why, if not, then it’s just a bit disappointing.
Yeah, they did a 9 song set on the co-headliner with An Horse pretty much a year ago, so I was hoping we'd get 11-12 this time. That show you went to (Saturday) is the only one with a setlist up on setlist.fm, so hard to tell if that's an outlier or how the whole tour has gone.
Went last night, a lot of the set was just solo songs but she played 1 or maybe 2 new ones that sounded great
Went to Chicago show, they had a fill in bassist so I’m guessing they played all the songs they knew with her. Georgia played two acoustic songs including a new song which was incredible, I honestly would have been fine if she had just come back and did a few more acoustic, very short set. Not the best time I’ve seen them but leaving a benefit of the doubt because Kelly couldn’t play. Fill in did a fine job.
I don’t remember how many songs but yeah last night was a few solo performances sprinkled in with the guitar player from Thin Lips filling in admirably for Kelly (who I’m pretty sure was playing in Petal’s band the last time I saw Camp Cope). They played for almost an hour and it was great. Thin Lips have also gotten waaaay better since the last time I saw them (which I enjoyed a lot then)
Yeah Thin Lips were great at the Chicago show. Last time Thin Lips were supposed to play Chicago (the same venue actually) they had to cancel because of the polar vortex, so it was nice to be able to see them.
I saw Chrissy play in Hop Along last year year and they had such great charisma onstage. Excited to see Thin Lips open. Oceanator should be cool too (she plays/played? in Vagabon’s live band).
