Are there really people out there who think M3/that sound is ever coming back?

 

Somehow there are always people who think that

 

Never really got into Butch, but I’m loving this record!

 

First listen of this was extremely positive, really nails the aesthetic but brings it all into the modern world

 

Now I'm daydreaming about this being the first in a series.... Butch Walker as.... Sid, a hair metal throwback album.... Butch Walker as... Red, a country/folk album... Butch Walker as Troy, a pop punk/emo album

 

i need him to shred

 

Butch and Matt are two of my absolute faves and I love that they are friends and work together as often as they do. I'd kill for them to co-headline a tour but that would also mean shorter sets from them both, so I'll take stuff like this in the meantime!

Butch's production work on Matt's newest album Boston Accent is great, if you haven't given it a listen!

 

I haven't watched this yet but I'm excited to. I really like these walkthroughs.

Digging this album a lot!

 

Pretty solid album after the disaster I thought his last album was.
Early favs are: Roll Away, Avalanche, slow leak, and tell me im pretty.

 

This is pretty amazing

 

This is different but I really liked it on first listen

 

Really dig this. Feels kinda weird there isn’t more enthusiasm for this album on the site.

 

Well this album already feels like a classic to me with how quickly I fell in love with it. Might be my favorite album to come out this year.

Seeing him Thursday, super excited. He's doing a 6-song request block in the middle of each show on this tour where he pulls requests out of a hat. He's played a few songs already that he hadn't played live in 10+ years

 

Definitely one of the best albums of the year. Feels like the start of a new chapter for him as an artist.

Pretty certain I'm going with Summer Scarves. One of my favorites from Sycamore and I've never seen him play it.

Was also considering Lights Out, super fun song that doesn't get played anymore.

 

Oh, those are good ones. I was thinking Record Store or Uncomfortably Numb as well.

Had such a blast at the show last night! Butch really does it like no one else. The request section really opens things up, we got two Marvelous 3 songs last night! The way I was like "wow, #1 Summer Jam, haven't heard that in awhile!" and then the words all came right back to me as if I just heard it yesterday.
