Yeah that one didn’t land for me either, and a very odd note to end the record on. Overall great album though.
I like All This Noise, but it does feel like a black sheep on this. Especially being the closer. Album is great though! Change Your Mind and How Will I Know is such a solid 1-2 punch. I wish the songs were a little less compressed sounding though, sometimes it can be very “wall of noise” and not in the good way
wanted to like this more. i think i’ll return to a few songs a ton bc they’re some of the best songs of the year but it’s a pretty uneven record
Ms America is an early highlight for sure, I like All those Noise, feels like it’d fit as an opener too.
after settling with it, i think how would i know is my fav track. really solid from start to finish for me.
This absolutely rules. Change Your Mind might be my favorite track at the moment. I went front to back on this album about 5 times over the weekend. I'd like to see her again in Atlanta this month but I'm not paying Pixies ticket prices haha
this is the only Bully album I've listened to and I think it's great. i'm going to check out the others
Time will tell, but currently this is my favorite of hers for sure. No shade to her other stuff. The songs here just feel a little more focused. I’ve also had a rotating 5 songs from it stuck into my head all week, which I don’t think was ever the case for Sugaregg
i dont remember liking sugaregg too much but i should probably revisit. as it stands this is definitely my favorite.
Started a discography run, it’s four albums all under forty minutes anyway. Six is my favorite on Feels Like, followed by Brain Freeze. Such a strong debut album.
Trying got me into her and then I didn’t really like the follow up or Sugaregg, but I’m into this new one
