Nah, Atomic Blonde was dope. That trailer is certainly much worse than the last one (that I've seen a lot and liked)... but, I'm hopeful the footage here will flow better in context of the actual film.
The highlight for me was Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Brian Tyree Henry. The heart of the movie. They stole the show. Seriously, this should've been a buddy movie instead of Brad Pitt as the lead.
The felt so long and refused to end. Not as fun as I’d hoped. Some nice moments, but this should have been a Guy Ritchie movie in the Lock Stock/Snatch era
Saw this earlier today and overall enjoyed it for what it was. The last 20 or so minutes dragged a bit and I wished that the reveal of his fixer hadn't been spoiled by the millions of trailers/commercials. My biggest issues come with the pacing which was uneven and the part with the train crashing into the other train while somehow not being knocked off the rails in the slightest really threw off my suspension of disbelief. At one point also I forgot what happened to The Prince and was trying to figure out where they were which detracted from the action on screen. All that said, overall, I enjoyed it and will see it again when I take my dad to see it. It's not a masterpiece by any stretch but it's fun enough to kill a few hours!
There was this annoying thing the movie did were it kept spoon feeding us information we already had. Like when when Ladybug kills the one goon with The Wolf’s knife near the end and it quickly flashes back to where Ladybug got the knife. Or when it shows us all the times other characters bumped into the Hornet while she was the in the costume. Still, very fun movie overall.
Yeah this was fun as long as you didn't think about character motivation or checkovs gun That being said how was The Prince making Q weapons and no way the crime world is that small that they know each other Also missed opportunity for Aaron Taylor Johnson and Logan Lerman to not be related
