Maybe I’ll be able to fit this movie, a second theatrical viewing of KPop Demon Hunters, and my friend’s wedding in the same weekend.
I haven't gotten a haircut since I transitioned. If I had to have my head shaved so I could see a movie I think I'd cry
Thought this was coming out this weekend, damn it. Dogtooth and The Favorite are the only films of his I love but I am excited for this one.
It’s in limited theaters this weekend I believe. It’s playing at the Music Box here in Chicago so I am going to try and catch it this weekend.
Just got out of this and I have to echo the above…this was great. I had kind of low expectations going into it despite Poor Things being one of my favorite films of the 2020s but I liked it waaaay more than I thought I was going to.
Just saw it there! really love this movie. speaking as someone who is always right, being right is pointless
Me too. We were probably at screenings one before/after each other. There was a huge line when I was leaving for the later screening. Also I think this may be more divisive like Kinda of Kindness but us Bugonia truthers will prevail!
This was good! I liked it more than Kinds of Kindness but still not as much as Poor Things. Then again, I know some of y'all loved Kinds of Kindness and hated Poor Things, so. Whichever of the two you prefer, I suspect this will fall somewhere in the middle
Me and all the Plemdogs (2 other people) will be filling the theater for the 10 p.m. screening tonight.
Went into this completely blind and WOW what a ride. Genuinely had no clue what was going on and I kind of love it.
That rocked. The ending sold me on it. Also very unsettling to hear Stavvy talk without hearing him laugh
