I haven't been able to access the forum in over a week on mobile. Whenever I click 'community' in the sidebar it's still giving me the Cloudflare page showing a Host Error. Using Chrome on Android
There's definitely no cloudflare error currently. So this sounds browser or network specific. On the device where you’re seeing the error, note exactly what the error reads (e.g., “Host Error”, “Error 522”, “Error 520”, etc.). Send me a screenshot if you can. Try clearing your browser cache and opening the site in a private/incognito tab to rule out a cached-state issue. Clear the cache, cookies, etc. On the same device (if possible) try a different browser and also switch from mobile data to WiFi. I want to see if it's the network or device. On Chrome for Android and still seeing it, please check whether any browser extensions or ad-blockers are enabled. On the device where you can’t access: please note the exact time the error occurs and if there is any “Ray ID” or Cloudflare code shown. That's what I'd need to check. Swap networks, see if you can flush dns on the desktop version, clear cache, etc.
I just flushed Cloudflare's DNS cache as well, will be an error for the SSL cert for a minute, and then re-propagate. Just in case that was stuck somewhere.
Issues attaching photos to posts all day. I choose the file, it waits a second, then just removes the attachment. A few others in the nfl thread also mentioned it today also got a weird captcha verification thing earlier today when posting a Bluesky link but not since
Gonna need more details. What do you mean? Browser, OS, content blockers/vpn? Cookies allowed? Not Incognito/Private? What error do you see / when / screenshot?
google chrome, mac big sur, no vpns or blockers on that i know of, not on incognito, i don't ever really amend cookie settings, so not sure where this is coming from. this started probably two days ago...a majority of the time when i try and click thru to my quote screen or hit post reply, try to hit any of the 'post editing' links, i get this (apologies for nightmare formatting, copy pasting because trying to attach the screenshot triggers the problem in question) " The following error occurred: forum.chorus.fm Verifying you are human. This may take a few seconds. **captcha-style thing here** forum.chorus.fm needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding."
Making a change. Give it two minutes and see if you can attach something to this thread. That'll let me know if it's been fixed. If not, if you can get a photo of it and email me (jason @ chorus) try and get the "RAY ID" at the bottom of it. That will help me find the issue.
Give me a few more minutes. I see something on your logs. Don't need the screenshot. I see what may be happening.

Also: Sorry 'bout that, thanks for pointing it out. Hopefully that fixes it. Always takes awhile to tweak the rules to make sure real people don't get caught up in the anti-bot/spam/AI stuff. (We got hit with a huge spike of it over the last two weeks.)
It seems like embedded tweets have been locking up my ability to scroll lately on mobile until a few seconds of waiting for them to fully load first. Not sure if anything can really be done with it, but it's annoying having the page completely locked up when I'm trying to scroll sometimes lol Not sure if it's an android thing, or fuckery from Elon? Pixel 9 Pro, latest official Android and Chrome browser. Happens with VPN on or off.

how long does the supporter feature kick back on? mine expired on the 7th and i finally paid to subscribe again but every time i try to login it tells me my link has expired. this is what i see
Should be automatic and immediate. What do you see here: chorus.fm/manage Is it active there? Under same email as your forum account. I’ll check when I get to a computer, but let me know it may be under a different email.
It says I paid there and I have a pending payment in my bank account , I thought it was automatic as well, but I got an email a couple weeks ago saying it failed to charge my link card or something. So I finally got on a computer today to pay it, But it won’t let me log back in without saying I have to upgrade still, ads are still showing etc.
