The episode of 60 Songs That Explain The ‘90s: The 2000s that just came out about “The Rising” made me cry multiple times. Highly recommend it to anyone who likes a good podcast!
Spent the week lamenting that hes playing an arena instead of a stadium like the Linc and sure enough i get in the que and im behind 75k other people for a 20k arena. Was pretty cool that cheapest advertised was in the $80s.
Absolutely shocked bc I somehow was first in the queue so got exactly what I wanted that was in my budget! So still in the very top section bc I’m broke lol but front row and side stage so not too bad!
This is literally exactly what happened to me. Immediately let in at 12pm and went for front row upper deck. Still pricey but didn’t have to settle for a seat I didn’t want higher up
Yeah, glad I got to see them together once, but there's a lot more I'd rather see than in his set than another endless "Tom Joad."
pretty meh overall setlist. will monitor how the next few weeks look, might end up skipping this one. https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/bruce-springsteen/2026/target-center-minneapolis-mn-2b4b60fa.html
i dont think hes gonna stop playing live willingly. set list is good, prices to get into see said setlist still exorbitant.
Show ripped last night. Definitely a different vibe than the last tour, much more focused on the current moment than the whole reflecting on life/mortality that the last one was (which was great too!) Great seats dropped the days before and day of the show, I think there were some in the first three rows side/back corner of the stage for $100. Was able to snag pit tickets for face value a couple days before the show and I’ll never forget it.
Setlist looks fine to me, nothing special but that’s okay. I won’t get to see him this tour but I’ve made my peace with Jersey 2023 possibly being the last time I see him. Parents are going to Atlanta though which is good because dad hasn’t seen him since 2016 and mom hasn’t since…I think 2003?
Cool to see "Long Walk Home" on there. I remember that being a highlight of my first Bruce show in 2008.
Affirm Pay is a really great option if you buy on seatgeek. ive been using it a lot for concerts. you can break up the payments and the larger the ticket cost the longer you can spread it out if its a hardship now.
