They all quit to follow their dreams. Boyle is a chef or food critic, Hitchcock and Scully review chairs and microwave snacks, etc
I hereby apologize for any potential joke thievery as it was completely unintentional. I have not read the entire thread and that is my own doing; had I done my research, I would have seen that a Dunder Mifflin joke was previously made and would have perhaps chosen that they quit their jobs at the NYPD and became public servants to the parks and recreation team in a small Indiana town. I will take time to learn how to be a better human and provide better content for Chorus.FM moving forward.
The only flaw in them following their dreams is that it's been long established that Jake's dream is to be in the FBI, Amy's is to be Captain, and Holt's is to be commissioner But I agree the show would be just as funny if they took this elsewhere
make it a show about a Vegas showgirl who becomes a small town ballet instructor and have Amy Sherman-Palladino be the showrunner
Brooklyn Nine-Nine to Scrap All Episodes Written for Season 8, Terry Crews Says: 'We Have to Start Over'
Talking about doing something groundbreaking. I wonder if they actually will defund the police in this season
I dont think theyll do the good cops thing. Only one time did they say good cops exist on the show and it was by Holt, who later admitted that those who stay silent are bad cops too
Seems like the cast members, especially Stephanie, are taking this issue with the show seriously and will be pushing for meaningful action on the part of Dan Goor and the writers. I think they deserve the benefit of the doubt until we actually see what they come up with.
