‘Last Man Standing’ Revived by Fox for Season 7

 

Glad this seems likely to be picked up, extra glad that it's happening quickly so hopefully the move won't be too jarring and they can retain the whole ensemble

 

Fucking amazing but losing John Lithgow is a hit. Probably won’t make it another season.

 

Last Man Standing was ratings gold on Friday nights. That's a damn hard night to get any sort of traction.

Fox is shifting towards multi-cam comedies now with this, Rel, and The Cool Kids (the latter two are new pick-ups whose premises do not sound appealing to me whatsoever)...I guess they're trying to tap into the market that actually still watches network TV live? Either way, I probably won't be watching any FOX shows next season...

 

Fox is the Bob’s Burgers Network and nothing else now. 100% dead to me otherwise.

 

i can't imagine this is for any reason other than their audience is nearly 100% people who haven't gone out on a friday night in 40 years
