Broods on being axed by their label, battling depression, and their 'weird' new album

 

Loved the EP so much. Thought the full length stunk. Didn't even listen to the follow-up. This new song is decent. Could definitely get into this sound.

 

Never heard the EP, but Consious is way better than Evergreen. Fav:

 

I think these are my two favorite tracks. Wish they were on the full length. Bridges and Never Gonna Change are fantastic songs, but I wasn't a fan of some of the changes they made to them.

 

Ooh I hope this is weird like that title says. I feel like they got more generic as their releases went on, but they have a ton of potential.

 

The article/interview is certainly enticing, I'm into the weird

 

Taylor added BROODS to the Australia and New Zealand leg of her tour w/ Charli XCX, very cool for them

 

Just now listening to this Gotye mashup and I like it a lot

Oddly enough, no. There is a Jersey date not listed, but the event is on the venues Facebook.

 

very strange! If it's after the listed dates, maybe they are announcing a second leg today? We'll see..

 

I think someone fucked up. The Jersey date is listed the same as the DC date. I think I'll shoot the venue a message.

This is pretty different from CHVRCHES tbh, don't really see the comparison other than female fronted pop band.

Anywhoo, very interesting album after one listen. Didn't quite wow me as I had hoped, but I think it'll grow me on over time
