It’s crazy how if those 1990 songs actually became an album I just know it probably be top 3 brockhampton album for me. They are just too good. The switch from that to iridescence is wild and cool.
there’s probably leaks from that era honestly. I can’t keep track. I was just more saying if they kept that style for an album I would love it.
I would like to add to this that a friend of mine who is also a chorus user texted me the exact same thing the day the album came out Unironically would love to see Dom or Bearface end up on a Travis project in the future
oh man there are so many leaks from Puppy/Best Years of our Lives era lol. some of them are fantastic
Would anyone else be totally unsurprised if Man on the Moon continued to gain traction and suddenly they didn't break up?
Someone mentioned on the sub that it really sounded like Merlyn was ready to be done and all I could think was “ok I’m down for a BH without him” lol
Surprised nobody posted these yet. MOTM video made me really nostalgic, I can't believe how much they accomplished in just five years. I still need to watch the final concert so I'm not fully done with consuming their new output yet haha but I can't believe that will really be it (for now)
I'm not gonna lie, The Family is in my top five for the year and TM is just outside of my top 10. The only song I don't like on TM is "ANIMAL." The rest of the record ranges from "that's a grower" (BETTER THINGS, ALWAYS SOMETHING) to total banger (FMG, LISTERINE, NEW SHOES, KEEP IT SOUTHERN). I really hope this record grows on more people with time.
yeah I can’t believe how much I like The Family, TM is growing, especially the last few songs, Crucify is my fav right now
It's a genuinely fascinating watch. It's rare that you get to watch something huge come together so intimately
Autographed Dom CD came yesterday! i don't play CDs, so I'm torn between checking it out and keeping it wrapped.
