I could maybe even see the album being out by then considering how fast they work, though I would love them to really take their time with this one. For some reason I'm kind of assuming it'll be the last group one for a while before the inevitable solo projects

It says "Summer 2018". Considering that Team Effort is essentially finished and knowing how productive these guys are, it could even be a new album.
