Tonya is the standout after my first listen. It’s a lot less immediate but more cohesive than Saturation. It feels more like an album than a collection of songs.

I really love this. Feels like they’re really setting the tone for this new era and “shedding” the Saturation sound. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t a far shot from those albums, but at the same time feels way different.

Also the last 30 seconds of the closer feels like a Marvel teaser lmao

“Something about him” sounds very very Blonde inspired

I’m super super into this so far and I’ve had a hard time getting into their past work

  11. Merlyn sounds so good on this

  12. Love the American Boyfriend vibes all over Thug Life. That track reminds me of March and Lamb, a direction I kind of hoped they’d go in.

    Just a friendly reminder

Man, it's so exciting to watch this group expand and take their art to the next level. The first listen experience was amazing because every song was surprising and fresh. Every member brought their best.

If this is the beginning of a new trilogy and they progress with each one as much as they did with every Saturation installment, we're in for something truly special.

Like with the singles, I did not miss Ameer and I hope I never read that he was the best rapper in BROCKHAMPTON ever again. I love that other members are getting more chances to shine.

It took me until my third listen to realize that New Orleans and Thug Life were separate tracks lol.

Lol jk I just checked my bank account.

Anyway, this is real good, I'm listening through my second time now, but I'm excited to listen tonight when I can focus a little bit better instead of at work.

Tonya sounds so much better recorded than that live performance. Really liking it.

Weight was the other standout. This flows really well.

I am curious what songs will be the set list besides New Orleans and Jouvert.
