Great episode, the visuals worked way better than I thought they would and the character development was all great RIP Amanda :(
Man they really captured a lot of shrooms feelings very well The one time I had a bad trip it was exactly like Abbi's lol Great episode!
The full on yellow submarine stuff may happen if you take more than I ever have. (I've never experienced it) I just found the bits when it was them with cartoon eyes was a good representation of how I feel on shrooms lol. the way they spoke and gestured was spot on. They've definitely done shrooms before lol
That last episode with Abbi's mom was next level and also the shrooms one. This show continues to deliver
Ilana and Bevers and Ilana's feminist montage that included Malala, Sally Ride, Nicki Bey and Rihanna were so amazing I'm the only small business owner that that human skin tag helped that sexual assault bragging steak salesman also having an existential crisis when she got her first grey hair proves that me and Abbi are the same person
Ilana's aunt being Fran Drescher and Abbi's hair immediately frizzing was amazing we're Richard Pryor and the city is our cocaine everybody's straight and white it's like a goddamn Woody Allen movie
This was a really good one, and am super glad that it seems like Lincoln will become a big part of the show again
This show is so damn special. What a perfect episode. Also, as an aside, pretty sure that out of all the amazing comedy characters on TV I'd honestly want to hang with Abbi and Ilana the most.
Saw it mentioned elsewhere but weird timing about a HS teacher being attracted to students while the Roy Moore fiasco is going on
I think Birbiglia is the only one who can make that story not go too far "I exfoliate almost every other day - and you know what? My skin is radiant! I don't know that much to be true, but I know this much to be true"
Birbiglia has such a weird way of delivering lines sometimes and it always makes me laugh. It's a very specific tone of voice he does, he does it a lot in his standup But yeah this was a fantastic episode
