uh yeah, this definitely feels that way...

In 2017, Howard left Alabama Shakes to make a solo album. “Everyone was, like, ‘No, don’t do that! You can do this on the side, but don’t cancel the Shakes!’ ” she said. She cancelled the Shakes. It requires a particular kind of bravura to untether oneself from a band that, to the outside world, still appeared to be on the come-up.

Which is a huge bummer to me if true

Definitely here for anything she puts out at this point. And the collab with BI is just a bonus.

love BI, but that remix was questionable for me from the start. the original is just perfect. thought it was a bold choice to try and do anything different to it. either way, I'm pumped for the remix album.

She really picked a great group of artists. The 6 that are already out are really good and the remaining look amazing

I feel like I haven't heard much hype about it, but she's got a new song out today and a new album coming, I’m assuming early next year. Really enjoy this song, I’ve missed her voice!
