i think i'm gonna have to sell my ticket to the show tomorrow. pretty last minute but $40 if anyone knows someone
They draw them up before the show from my understanding. I assume the dates are printed like writing on there
Getting hyped for this on Monday! First time going up to NYC for a show, coming up from MD, gonna do some exploring before we jump in line.
This is a longshot but anyone wanna trade their Tuesday Terminal 5 ticket for my Monday Terminal 5 ticket? It turns out Tuesday works better for me in going. Or if anyone has an idea where I might be better able to find someone to trade.
Show was great, venue sucked but the bands all killed it. Crazy to see how far BMTH has come since the first time I saw them.
If anyone has a ticket they'd sell for a reasonable amount for tonight or tomorrow quote me. I work in the area so can easily meet up or venmo or whatever. Right now tickets are $85 and I'd only go to see Underoath. Hoping they'll drop by 5.
The venue is basically in the middle of nowhere and if you're short, you better get there early. T5 is probably the worst venue in NYC (out of the 10-15 I've seen shows at). The only good part about that is you can park and avoid most of the city traffic.
Yo I have a ticket for tonight I've been trying to sell I just got a Tuesday ticket and Tuesday works better for me.
Lowell just does not understand how to operate concerts. I mean, they are used to College Hockey primarily but literally ONE long line outside the venue and then randomly it splits into 10 ticket lines inside. Most the staff cannot even work the scanners because they are older then 70 years old.
Kind of a long shot but if anyone has any GA Floor tickets theyre trying to get rid of for tonight I'm looking.
Great show last night in Philly. Was pretty empty for Beartooth and the crowd didn't really seem to into Underoath except for the hits. But Underoath was amazing as usual. BMTH new setup is pretty sweet and I thought Oli sounded great.
I was at the second NYC show and yea, the setup BMTH has is insane. Although I really think that Oli sounds way better doing uncleans than singing any of That's the Spirit songs, and he would even add uncleans to That's the Spirit songs. Combined with the fact that he still asks for circle pits and wall of deaths and it's weird what kind of band they've turned into when they seem still pretty clearly more tuned to be a metalcore band. Like everything from Sempiternal and even Chelsea Smile he did more on than That's the Spirit songs. Those ones are still fun with the atmosphere and everything, but still. Also absolutely 0 There is a Hell songs is really lame, they could quite easily adapt songs like It Never Ends to their new setup I feel.
Last night was a huge bummer for me tbh. I've seen Underoath many times over the past 10+ years, and it's always been such a joyous communal experience, no matter the venue--club, arena, Warped, festival, etc. Last night I was right up front and the vast majority of the crowd didn't care at all. Another minor complaint: the Underoath merch was absolutely hideous. I wanted to support them, but there was literally nothing on sale that I would wear with any regularity. The BMTH setup really was something special, though.
This is definitely the saddest part about seeing them these days. I really enjoyed the show and the Sempiternal and That's the Spirit songs sounded great, but it's definitely disappointing they don't play any songs from my favorite album of theirs. It Never Ends, Crucify Me, or Alligator Blood would all be fantastic additions, even if they just did one of them.
