Kinda wish the closer had a bit more to it but it's still cool. Overall I really like it, it'll be nice to finally listen to the singles more in context. The best stuff for me is when is when they mix the hyperpop influenced stuff with the heavier/more aggressive moments.

 

I've waited this long so I think I can make it another 12 or so hours. @SpyKi I am curious though - what's the runtime on this bad boy?

It is not considered an EP at all. They abandoned the 4 EP idea long ago and stated that this would be considered an LP.

 

Might be my least favorite release of theirs going by first listen. Some stuff I really enjoy but I don’t care for die4u, strangers, Lost, or n_a

 

What a colorfully dark and apocalyptic listen. That was an experience.

Wondering what's up w/ the physical version and if it is 2LPs due to run time.

My other complaint is we have had some of these songs for a fucking long time, did they HAVE to mask the album?

 

I deliberately try not to listen to songs until they're on an album so if it wasn't for my wife playing them I wouldn't have heard those songs more than a couple of times.

 

it would be weirder to exclude songs created as part of the same body of work

 

I don't want to say it, but the start reminded me of that Falling in Reverse song.
