I think if a band has been talking about an EP for four years and that EP turns into a slew of singles that don't coincide with information about a promised project then yeah it's exhausting, especially if the band means a lot to someone.
I remember when this was a four EP project. I'm reasonably certain that ship has sailed, which is fine. If we get like a 15 track album out of this, I'll take it.
Will be very interested in hearing how this plays out without Jordan Fish as there's no doubt that he took their sound to the next level. What's he been doing since he got kicked out?
I get the frustrations with the album rollout, seems like it has taken a while. Singles over time just seems to be the way bands are releasing music nowadays. I imagine for most fans it builds hype and keeps fans engaged. I prefer full albums myself too, but maybe don't listen to the singles if you want a full album experience.
I get that argument and I agree with it to an extent but it's a little different when the release date for an album doesn't exist
Yeah, I can't imagine BMTH has an issue w/ building hype of any sorts right now. That said, I've definitely pulled back listening to any of the newer singles, knowing there's the full release coming at some point this summer (probably, maybe, possibly, who knows).
For some reason the Russians think this is dropping tomorrow... 1. [ost] dreamseeker 2. YOUtopia 3. Kool-Aid 4. Top 10 staTues tHat CriEd bloOd 5. liMOusIne 6. Wow, all the waiting paid off. That tracklist is much longer than I thought it would be, interludes and all.
