Vocals are doing nothing for me but it's hard to tell with something like that.

I like that the guitars still have some punch.

I really like it personally... Oli’s singing improved a LOT.

 

Ah but the real question is will he be able to sing the songs live, that was his biggest problem imo. He did uncleans fine still but he just couldn't pull off the singing at shows

 

not a chance, Jordan will do most of it. Oli is basically a hype man these days

Songs ok but I really liked that bridge!

 

I like the verses more than the chorus. But yea, that's about what I expected from them. It's fine.

 

I think I heard a scream in there somewhere. Fans of Suicide Season will not be disappointed.

 

The song didn't do much for me. The bridge was good but it sounds like a b-side from That's The Spirit.

 

yea it's after the first chorus but.....I dunno how you'd say fans of Suicide Season would get anything from it lol, they're still very different.

 

Interview Oli says it's the heaviest album they've ever written and there's only bits of the last album still prevalent in the new record. Hints of last six albums in the overall sound

Sounds like a pretty safe choice for a first single. I'm pretty sure the rest of the album will be way more pop oriented.

 

Sounds like it's up there with the handful of songs I REALLY enjoyed off of TTS.

Now I can only hope that the entire record is great instead of only a fraction..

 

Sounds like True Friends. I normally instantly like their first single but this seems like a grower.

 

Yeah, other than the bridge I didnt enjoy this too much.

 

It's fine, just feels safe and exactly what I expected.

 

yeah the bridge is the most interesting part about this. chorus is lackluster, and verses and riff are slightly above average

 

Listening to it again while reading along with the lyrics actually made me like it more, there's some fun ones in there
