it's wild but the new Waste of Paint might actually be better than the original

also I just discovered their cover of Flirted With You All My Life on bandcamp and I've listened to it like six times in a row. absolutely gorgeous

 

Flirted is one of those songs that’s so good it doesn’t matter who does it

 

Loving these companion pieces but the new Road to Joy doesn't quite hit, something is really off in the first half particularly. I do like how crazy it gets in the back half.

Waste of Paint is my favorite thing off of these by a country mile. But every time it starts I’m reminded of cannonball

You Will. companion version is growing on me! I think I was too used to the original at first few listens.

The cover of "November" could be my favorite song on these companions though.

It's been constant tours for the last few years now. And he's seemed to be in crisis for awhile now. I just want him to care for himself.
