Honestly very hard to rank because albums are so wildly different from each other so a lot of it can just depend on my mood.

That said, Wide Awake is far and away my favorite and potentially one of my 10-15 favorite albums of all-time.

 

In addition to what happened below, he also apparently was shit talking Jack White on stage, presumably because they were playing in Nashville. I really wish the best for him but it’s not looking great, even if he’s playing the songs fine.

 

Damn that's shitty to read. He definitely was in a good mood in St. Louis even tho he was sloshed. Glad we caught that version of him

He did call Saint Louis a "shitty Midwestern city" but that was as part of a comparison to Omaha (also shitty in his book but at least we have "real sports teams") and how he feels at home here lol. And the crowd cheered

 

Damn.

Going to tonight’s show in Cleveland.

i mean, the person posting on fb about the ryman being a “beautiful, historic” place is a bit of a cornball lol. chill the ryman theater isn’t going to fuck you.

 

He also spit on stage in StL but it was definitely a "I've had a few too many and the ole mouth is foamy" spit not a "fuck you" spit lol, no message behind it

Most people who live in Nashville are truly insufferable too so grain of salt

That would tie in to reports that he was taunting "Jack & Dan (Auerbach)" to come up and play "boring white blues riffs"

 

I saw that. That actually makes me feel better because I don’t think they’ll do it 3 nights in a row.

Plenty of bands play the same set every night…

 

for most of the tour, he was switching the closer every other night

 

They were fantastic tonight! Conor was definitely SLOSHED, and he rambled on and on and on between songs. Conor definitely hates Nashville, haha. He wouldn’t stop talking about how he hated last night. He seemed to be in a good mood tonight and was pretty funny.

The entire 14-piece band ensemble was incredible.

 

Sounds like exactly what St Louis was like. Glad it was a good show.

Conor wore overalls last night and wouldn’t stop talking about how he regretted it. He brought it up like 7 times. I can’t stop laughing about it.
