Actually from what I read it originally leaked on the subreddit and then spread in the Facebook group, the group you are referring to, to be specific.

 

ugh that sucks. maybe they push it early? doubt it though. either way i’ll be waiting.

 

It’s seemed like an unusual year for leaks. There’s multiple releases that have leaked one or two months in advance and I can’t remember the last time that happened.

reached the end of my protracted discog run through that I started over the weekend. "One for You, One for Me" is such a lovely song and I wish it got more attention

 

i always forget that ladder song isn't the closer to people's key. whats his best closer? think that might be kind of an impossible question. milk thistle, lets not shit ourselves, a song to pass the time. i'm giving myself sweats just thinking about it.

spent the last two days running through the discography and i feel comfortable with this:
Fevers and Mirrors > Lifted > Digital Ash... > Letting off the Happiness > The People’s Key > I’m Wide Awake... > Cassadaga

even cassadaga has some of my favorite songs of his, it’s just the most uneven

 

i need to do a discog run. i knew of Bright Eyes when "Wide Awake" came out, but I didn't really get into them until Cassadaga, so I think that's my favorite just because of how much time I spent with it before any others. I will admit it has some clunkers though. Missed the boat when the vinyl boxset was like $179 on amazon but might stimulate my local record stores economy this weekend and pick up a few that i am missing.

Noise floor really is incredible ain't it?

 

I'm Wide Awake is definitely my favorite and People's Key is definitely my least favorite, but after that it's a toss-up
