It was just such good time...all the kids got there around 11am but they made us waiting in room until like 5pm probably just so we got know each other a bit and became more friends which worked perfectly and when we were shooting that video it's truly like bunch of friends on Brian's show having fun. They made me wear this heavy winter leather jacket and my winter Irish hat whole time so I was really dying in that heat and then even got personal shoot of my awkward 60s dance haha..Brian was so nice and obviously had a fun and was talk to us during the breaks...I did ask him for go get beer with us after but he said he's gotta go to his mom's pick up the kids and make a dinner like a good dad haha...and everybody in that team was just really cool, professional and nice..really great experience and we all just went for a drink after and had a good time
The clip of that other new song is gold. Kind reminds me of a weird mash-up of "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" by Jet and "The Diamond Street Church Choir" and "The Queen of Lower Chelsea" by TGA. The verses have this energetic, dance-y shuffle of the first 2 songs then the chorus has that sort of subtle feel that Lower Chelsea gives off.
Yes, the American Slang vibes of what we've heard so far make me really, really happy. Brian does retro in such a fresh way, I love it.
does anyone else follow Brian Fallon on twitter and notice that he follows Joel Osteen and has been liking his tweets? someone might @ me and say "yeah duh Brian is Christian we know that" but cmon. that guy?
Yeah I saw that too. I dunno I guess maybe he's separating the message from the man? It's weird, but then again I follow BroBible so who am I to judge? haha aside from that aspect, Brian's a pretty good Twitter follow, and quite interactive.
Noticed this morning too. It’s lame to support Osteen, who is a mega church crook, not a Christian. Oh well.
I wouldn’t label it as a total fail, it’s just I prefer the upbeat aspects of the original a lot more and I’ve heard way better Brian Fallon acoustic songs.
