Yeah, I'm playing this more and more now that the weather is warming up. I can't wait to take it for a drive on a muggy summer night.
As usual with TGA and Fallon, I kinda feel the opposite here as a lot of people. After one listen I definitely like this more than the last couple TGA albums
Think I'll give this one a spin on Friday once I pick the vinyl. Seems like the right album to do that with for me.
I've listened to this a few times now and really, really like it. I get why people would feel its middle-of-the-road, but it's just what I needed right now. I'm curious to see how often I'm going to want to go back to it as the year goes on.
this is one of those albums that is good on its own, but it really does a great job of getting me to go back and listen to his discog a lot more. the Saves the Day self-titled did the same thing, I loved it so much I just wanted to really dive into the rest of the band again (as if I hadn't listened 10000 times before) also I fell weird but the title track is the one that's sticking with me most
sorry if this is a stupid question, but is the door open for Horrible Crowes to do another record or is that a dead project?
Yeah, I talked to him like a month ago, haha Brian Fallon - 2/4/2016 [Interview] Really cool talk. He was very honest and open.
In the middle of my first listen, and yeah, this is pretty much what I've wanted from him if he ever released a solo album. It could maybe have a bit "more", whatever that is, but I like it.
Seeing him tonight, pretty stoked! Started listening this morning and already enjoying it so much. Rosemary and Long Drives are early favorites.
Finished the album and I definitely like it. Going to take some more listens for sure though. Don't know how much I'd come back to it.
Show tonight was pretty good. Great to hear some horrible crowes songs live. He cut Roaemary though, which really bummed me out.
