I still need to watch Bone Tomahawk. May try to do a double feature with this over the weekend.

 

I liked Bone Tomahawk more, but this is good... and fucking brutal.

 

Vince Vaughn has always been prertt great in dramatic roles idc

 

You definitely need to check out Bone Tomahawk. So good.

 

Holy fuck, what an intense movie.

 

Yeah that was unreal. Loved it. Zahler has a promising career ahead if him.

Great read. The best part was the news of the next Zahler project, Dragged Across Concrete.

Maybe we saw a taste of what’s to come in, Dragged Across Concrete, already in Brawl. You know what scene I’m talking about.

This was pretty awesome. Wish his next movie didn’t star Gibson

 

I haven’t really liked him in anything recently. But I keep thinking back to The Edge of Darkness. I’m still holding out hope he can put in another performance like that

watched this last night on Amazon Prime. Wasnt what I was expecting, but holy hell it was fun. Starts a little slow, but that last hour reminds me of Django Unchained

 

Need more movies like this.

 

Dragged Across Pavement comes out this year right?

 

I believe so. Looking forward to it.

 

Has anyone read any of his books?

 

I have some of them saved in my Amazon cart but haven't pulled the trigger.

 

This and Bone Tomahawk are insane! I will watch whatever movie this guy does from now on.
