Sucks about the last chapter. I still need to get this though. Vol 1 ends just as it gets really good.

 

I need to find both where they’re not cost prohibitive expensive

 

My brother gave me vol 1 for Christmas. Maybe you can ask him for it for St Patty's day.

 

Thankfully the final chapter in book 2 is less...involved...than the climax of the first volume. If you're going to have a weaker drawn (imo) chapter it was a good one to choose, I just hope everything's okay for volume 3.

Then I definitely can't wait for you to read the ending of Hero.

 

y'all should see the things i'm finding to do to keep listening to hero of ages. six hours left. almost all chores and meal prepping is done.

 

Upon finishing there is just one thing to say:

MOTHERFUCKING SAZED

 

Legitimately don’t know how Sanderson does it this consistently.

 

What a surprising and well-thought ending. I genuinely teared up when the whole thing came to the conclusion. Sazed deserved it, totally.

 

Spook surviving gave me a solid moment of emotion that I wasn’t ready for.

 

Yeah Spook became a favorite in book 3. Ugh that series was perfect.

 

It was at that moment that I realised I HAD to have all Sanderson books and immediately bought SA. Happy for Sazed to pay such a big part in the overall Cosmere in the forthcoming books.

 

Like, y’all know how I feel about Words of Radiance. This was close to that at times.

Not Cosmere related (probably) but Sanderson is finally making the often mentioned Dark One, and it's really ambitious. Dark One will now be an interconnected series of a TV show, podcast, graphic novel and book series.

Almost done with Alloy of Law and how have Wax and Wayne not made it to a miniseries yet?!

 

Would be a perfect series. I'm hoping that DMG actually announce something pretty soon.

Nearly finished Oathbringer and fuckfuckfuck what an epic series SA truly is .

 

Will White Sand vol 2 ever be released on paperback?

 

Michael Kramer reads Wayne with the same voice he uses for Lopin. It’s the best.

 

Hoid just showed up in Bands of Mourning and I squawked in public.

 

The third Legion novella/collection of all 3 is out today, so he put out a newsletter with some brief status updates:

- Currently working on the second book of Skyward (his new YA series), wants to finish the whole trilogy this year
- Trying to fit in Wax and Wayne 4 soon but also plans on starting Stormlight 4 in January for a 2020 release
- Mistborn Era 3 sometime after Stormlight 5

 

I only read the first Legion and wasn't super enthralled but I should go back.
