Triple Crown Records is pretty stacked

 

will have to give them a look! Recently got into From Indian Lakes so loving that, then the more obvious ones in Sorority Noise, Foxing, You Blew It, etc

 

I need to go back to that You Blew it record. Haven't spinned it in awhile.

 

@Jamie Dagg this is the video that got me excited for their triple crown debut.

 

Sounds like they've got a real PUP-esque vibe going for them, definitrly going to need to check them out more!

 

Okay first track I found is most definitely not like PUP but still great!

 

What the fuck. What the fuck. I slept on this? I love Animal Flag I'm so mad I kept them in my periphery so long. I'm only four tracks in but great stuff so far

E: I just got a folk song too alright cool this band is fantastic

 

yeah they do a lot of different sounds, sometimes within the same song!, and they do them all super well

 

Yeah wow they sound both familiar and fresh. Bands I hear: cymbals eat guitars (wayside specifically reminds me of the vocals on cold spring), bright eyes (as someone has mentioned), deja era brand new, Sinai vessel, good music in general, the sidekicks somehow???, You blew it/death cab. I don't understand how this all works. completely up my alley

 

I'll have to listen to wayside again with that in mind. What'd I tell you tho right? They've got a new album coming out this year too, so get hyped B)

 

Cathedrals is epic. What a song.

Recorded by Travis Hill, the 12-song LP is due out this spring via Sargent House.

Sooooo glad I bought LP by AF on vinyl. What a record. I enjoyed both ep's but this remastering and resequencing job brought it to the next level for me. Cathedrals is the definition of an epic closer.
