Halos - Living like kings

Think they're pretty unknown. The only reason I know of them is one of the band members messaged me on Myspace like ten years ago asking me to give their ep a listen.

They were promoted on AP back in the day that's how I found out about them.

@KennedyBN this Captives band rules. They really remind me of this band I discovered forever ago luckily they have a bandcamp page with some stuff on it. Give them a listen.

Noticed this turned into a rec thread and I've liked a bunch so far so heres mine:

Ivadell - Arcadia

I've never heard anyone talk about this band but I found them through their Audiotree session a while back. This song is from an EP they put out in November I think. Their full length from 2015 is amazing as well.

 

Like both of these a lot ha

Also glad to see Captives getting some love here. I think I found them on tumblr like 4 years ago when they were still active and couldn't stop listening to their eps for months. Their vocalist/guitarist Jeff is in a new band called Sunsleeper which is somewhat similar to Captives. They have an EP out titled Stay the Same.

 

Yea that sunsleeper ep was produced by Nathan Hussey too!

 

Also if anyone hasn't listened to the black Foxxes lp that has major brand new/Manchester orchestra vibes on it
