In terms of scale, just about anywhere they play on this next tour is going to seem like a "smaller venue" compared to the places they've been playing on their current tour.

i imagine tickets will be hard to come by, either way.

 

I've never been to Jannus. Decent venue?

Edit: Hoping it's not. I want to see them at an inside venue. Forgot that Jannus was another amphitheater.

 

If they play Cleveland I'm hoping for the Agora Theater.. Hate House of Blues

 

Okay so as it turns out, the package from USPS isn't my Brand New order from P!MT. It's Come Now Sleep. Still hope these ship soon. Maybe this week?

I magically got tickets for 10/03/09 at the Aragon in Chicago. They were gone within like a minute. And I bought my tickets for the last Chicago show on Stubhub because i had zero luck with that other website. I paid a ton more than I should have..but I had first row in the seats on the aisle..so that made me happy. I have some health issues so being able to sit is a must. HOBChicago would be nice, I can chill in the balcony and not worry about being pushed around. And with a bar right there, keep hubby happy haha.

 

For this last tour, wasn't it announcement Tuesday, pre sale Wednesday, general public Friday? Because I could see that being the case again.

 

It's a great venue. Probably my favorite in Florida, and not an amphitheater! More like a big square alley. It's outside, but the layout is more like a traditional club style venue.

 

Oh. Awesome.

Yeah last time Jannus announced it early haha and then quickly deleted it but that's how I was able to get tickets because I knew it was coming.
That was a great show.

 

Dang. Now I'm excited.

 

I mean I'm not a huge fan of outdoor venues hah but hopefully if it's in the fall it won't be so hot.... If I could choose a venue I would prefer state theater or the ritz or even the Orpheum over jannus. Because those are all inside lol

 

I saw them at the Ritz when they played with Thrice. I think the other two are too small though unfortunately. I love Jannus, but a big part of my desire for that would be location considering I live near St. Pete.

 

That's exactly what made me think this could possible be connected. I remember that.

And realistically they just played amphitheaters lol any of the venues listed are "too small" and yet they played Jannus and hob not that long ago so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I'm a couple hours south of St. Pete. I'm usually not a fan of outdoor concerts, but they surprised me at MidFlorida Amp.

 

They were too big for Jannus when they played there a couple years ago. You're right, but I've always taken a club show around here as being a larger club like Jannus or Ritz (every time they've played Tampa Bay since TDAGARIM has been at one of the two prior to the amphitheater show) but who knows. It was the same Ritz when they did that one.

I live in Largo, which is like 5 minutes from NW St. Pete. I'm only about 20 minutes from downtown and go to shows there fairly often, so I'm definitely not impartial in preferring a St. Pete show. I'm not against outdoors, but I get not liking it, especially in FL. I love Jannus though.

 

I live equal distance from dtsp and Tampa/ybor (~40 min) so I don't have a preference haha

i am legitimately so excited for all three bands, even if it's a bizarre tour package and even though the fans for all three bands are not fun to be around in live settings. I am so fucking excited. I love all of these bands but Brand New....I'm gonna see them at least twice this year if I get tix, that's so crazy to me...
