you guys have got me excited talking about nobody moves and new songs and old songs... i feel so weird staying up late (for west coast shows anyway) and obsessively refreshing multiple sites to get a glimpse of a setlist for a show i'm not even attending. but it also sort of feels right. i'm going to miss this band terribly. /bummer
Gah, I forgot about Out of Range still being on my list!!! I feel like that's more likely now that it's been officially released.
I don't know a lot of their newer stuff but TFB was something like: The Plan Laugh Til I Cry Maps Au Revoir Beers Cough It Out A couple more Twin Size Mattress Another song Definitely no Flashlight or Help.
The production on this tour is top notch, again. And, it looks like they're recording crowd noises again.
Actually kinda glad there was no Sic. Also a little let down by the song choice of the second set but they were on their game tonight, I can't complain.
Elated that I finally get to see Play Crack the Sky live. It's one of my top 5 favorite songs of all time for me.
They did. This is the set that I remember: Au revoir Maps The Beers Cough It Out Joanie (new song) Lipstick Covered Magnet West Virginia Jim Bogart Twin size Mattress (I missed the first song because I was late)
Not bad. Was hoping they'd play the other new one instead of Joanie, but its still a good setlist for the time they have
Laugh Till I Cry was not played and they opened with The Plan (Fuck Jobs). Skeletons was also played.
Modern Baseball Holy Ghost Wedding Singer Note to Self Apple Cider, I Don't Mind Mass Everyday Your Graduation Tears Over Beers Just Another Face Breathing in Stereo might have been played between Mass and Everyday, but I can't remember
I hate myself for already looking at all the sets. I'm betting BN switch up the second set quite a bit Night to night since they gotta choose 6-8 songs between 3 other albums (4 if you include demos).
i like Holy Ghost, but only playing two songs that aren't on that album is super disappointing. i really wanted to hear Two Good Things, Re-Do, and Apartment. :(
I bet Modern Baseball tries to squeeze in another song as the tour goes on, especially since their songs are pretty short. It's kind of strange seeing them play so few of their old songs (not disappointing though, since I love the new album & I've seen all those songs a bunch of times), but I understand why they made the choice. I wish they would add Hiding in, but other than that I'm pretty happy. The Front Bottoms and Brand New will change their sets up night to night I'm sure (at least parts of them). As long as TFB plays Maps and Twin Size Mattress, I'm down for whatever else they want to play.
i made a dream setlist earlier this week and i couldn't narrow down the front bottoms song. i added like 30 songs. haha. so whatever they play i'll be happy with. i saw brand new earlier this year with modest mouse so i don't really care about them on this tour. haha.
