Someone said ",I don't know if I used that word right, but you know what I mean" in real life today and I thought I was remembering something in this thread before remembering that people just say that sometimes

Like I don't really care either way to be honest. There are pros and cons to both, but I just want to know. And it's not like concerts are a professional reason to give for why this is so urgent to me that I know. "Hey sorry I just really need to know whether I'm going to go see Arcade Fire in Chicago or Detroit, so I need my schedule now" (which is one of like 6 examples). Plus there are other plans I'm trying to make. It'd be nice to be able to actually tell people when I'm available.

 

I dealt with that a lot in 2012 and 2013 when I was with my old company. My work would pretty much except me to travel at a moment’s notice and it was really hard to schedule things. And there were several events that I had tickets to that I ended up not using.

I don’t travel much now and that works for me!

 

Haha yeah that whole phrasing "I don't know if I used this correctly but you get what I mean" is like a meme for this thread haha

 

yea I don't mind the travel for the most part. It's just be nice to have some advance notice.

 

Everyone dl ciz fighter and beat the secret level. To get the secret level you have to die 100 times and then beat the game. I think you are rewarded with the new album

Pretty sure the student is now obsessed with the band too, I explained the roll out to him and he wanted to know everything about the album

 

Turns out reaching beyond my known vocabulary and trying out words I'm not sure about is a comedy smash hit.

 

I'm still bummed about losing my post it was lenghty enough but because i wrote it so fast it didnt get saved I guess lol. The one time that it doesnt go figure right. Ok im done talking about it now and too lazy to redo it.
